Indoor Assistive technologies based on sensors design and implement indoor services for assisting elderly people and people with disabilities. Services include indoor user localisation, guiding and warningsuggestions, fall detection, safety monitoring and monitoring of daily mobility patterns using wearable devices. The specific services provide routing guidance and warning about problematic indoor areas to visually and mobility impaired people. They will also allow healthcare specialists to detect early imminent changes in the daily routine of people with disabilities.

Outdoor Assistive technologies based on sensors design and implement outdoor services for assisting elderly people and people with disabilities. The technology  provides  solutions for people with disabilities in mobility hubs and public transport stops. It will investigate the functionalities of sensors based on image processing, in addition to exploring the smart features of its current products, such as ground projection, acoustic signal, air quality module, and road user sensors.

The Accessibility Kiosk (Kiosk) is designed as a dedicated hosting area and mobility hub for electric mobility scooters. It provides individuals with mobility limitations the opportunity to temporarily leave their traditional wheelchair and use, free of charge, an electric scooter that allows them to move safely and comfortably within public, cultural, and tourist spaces.

ISAACC offers a digital platform to support a universal accessibility design evaluation tool in built environments. It enables people with intellectual disabilities or borderline intelligence to carry out technical accessibility audits more safely and with stronger technical outcomes, transforming their role in the process and advancing their employment inclusion as Accessibility Support Technicians.

The Accessibility Routing Tool offers a suite of an algorithm and a mobile application that computes and visualises shortest accessible routes. It warns users for barriers in the pavement design of two areas and pedestrians to navigate urban environments safely and autonomously. The tool can be used by pedestrians with diverse mobility needs, caregivers and females with gender-specific needs (e.g., accompanying children and older family members). Urban planners and policy makers can also benefit from this tool, as it provides a comprehensive overview of areas of lower accessibility and indicates the design parameter that needs to be improved.
